Servers are extremely fast, even there shared hosting! Support is absolutely amazing too, so fast helping you! I've never had any issues at all, literally the best Host around.

I wish that node js was available on reseller hosting plans. It's frustrating having to setup a VPS just for a node js app! Control panel can also be little slow

20i is a really easy-to-use system that is very familiar if you've used cPanel before. The UI/UX is similar to cPanel but with a few perks that you don't get natively on a cPanel setup -- such as the HostShop. HostShop is by far the best part about this in that you have a full payment and subscription service built-in as standard, with customer management, so you can be selling hosting, domains, VPS etc and taking money all within one platform without requiring additional extensions or plugins. Also, the fact it is all load-balanced, automatic edge caching with a global CDN and secure with WAPs and firewalls, malware scanning and more as standard for every package you host. I must also mention their top-tier support team too! Any question or query is answered and resolved really quickly, there's rarely a time I've waited more than a few hours for a response. This alone makes it worthwhile.

There's not many things I dislike about 20i really. A few quirks here and there to get used to if (like me) you migrated from cPanel, but most features are like-for-like. The main downside is the API if you are building custom software to integrate with the hosting packages. You can do many things via the API for package and user management, but there's no API access to the HostShop side of things, so, for example, you couldn't look up a customer's payment cycle, or payment status via the API. But this is really only an issue if you are doing custom dev work on their platform.

20i solved for us an expensive hosting problem. Running manage, or self-managed servers and doing all the DevOps, security and maintenance etc yourself can be a nightmare (and expensive)! Migrating to 20i was really straightforward using their migration tool that hooks into cPanel (and others) and the price point for resellers makes it an obvious choice too for unlimited space to grow into, having the servers managed by their support team and all the security built-in and maintained too. It is an ideal set-up for small teams who don't have the manpower, or skills, to do all of this yourself.

20i User interface is very easy to use, i can set up a new website environment within minutes. The migration tool is great as well and i managed to move over 20 websites and email within 1 afternoon.

There is not much to dislike about 20i! The prices have increased slightly within the last year but that is to be expected in the current climate.

As a small business owner, i am able to set up websites for my clients within minutes, the support they provide is also very good and get back to you with an answer very quickly

The ease of use for registering a domain or setting up a new website is brilliant. Also, there support team is always there to help and have always managed to help with any difficulties or problems.

No downsides to 20i hosting at all that I have come across in many years using them.

Fast, easy to use webhosting that my clients love

20i has much faster servers than any other providers i have used thougout the year, there customer service is amazing and super helpful for any issues. Ive never experienced any issues while using 20i reseller hosting and i think its great that they provide hosting booklets and getting started guides for anybody who needs a bit of help starting out. They also offer free SSL from lets encrypts which is great if you dont want to at for a SSL certificate, also have a free CDN which provides great features if you want to compress any files or images or just want to speed up your website.

There’s really nothing i dislike about 20i. They have 24/7 support and are always there to help with any issue.

They are cheaper compared to other reselling hosting providers and they provide WHMCS for a reseller price which is great software for domain and hosting provisioning. They also provide better support and guides for anybody who is uncertain.

I'm a massive fan of 20i reseller hosting - I find the pricing fantastic for the level of service, really easy to use and fast, intuitive UI for web management. Everything is in one place, easy to access and manage all of my clients websites from my 20i control panel. Excellent support, fast servers and just all around a great experience.

I can't think of anything I dislike about 20i, like mentioned above, they are the best web host I have ever used (I've used a lot). The one downside would be that 20i don't use cPanel and having used this for years I was reluctant to sign up - but I'm so glad I did. I prefer the Stack CP system to cPanel, which is getting pretty ugly!

I can offer my clients fast and very reliable web hosting and have the ability to rebrand services should my clients need access to them. It is honestly a relief having all websites managed in one great looking platform, complete with automatic backups, great security and a system that is very easy to use, especially if coming from a cPanel background.

20i provide a highly reliable service with prompt support on the few occasions we have needed it. The control panel is modern and fast and we are still finding new features which have proved to be very useful.

Sometimes you just need to speak with a human being, and that is not possible with 20i
