What is most appealing with this autoresponder software is that it is easy to use. They have a lot of nice features like import full campaigns from other Aweber accounts. The price range for what you get, is ok.

As a newbie email marketer I remember I was put off by the price and the lack of results I had. Not that the software did not work. But I was following someones coaching with the software. So, My results were based off of those marketing tactics that someone practiced. What I would have LOVED is to have Aweber, including a "step by step best practice for newbies to gain trust". Or something along those lines, IN the account. I know they have something on their blog, but they could improve by adding more training inside the members area, easy access. Also, more customization. Mind maps that connect to the sequence, allowing you to see it from a birds eye view would be a stellar attribute to this platform. Others have this, so why not Aweber?

Aweber is one of the best autoresponders available in the market. Over the years I have tried to shift to many other similar solutions but it turns out that most of those solutions were either half baked or full-blown rehashed scripts trying to emulate aweber and failing miserably and hurting my clientele. Aweber has higher inbox score and much better way of suggesting changes. I have worked for many freelancers and email marketers and I have always heard praise of Aweber.

If they can make the pricing a bit more affordable that would make it even better. I would like it to integrate third partner spintax and similar software. The interface needs a face uplifting and make a few new changes to better. They can also work on more tutorials for beginners alongside with new automated script or plugin solutions provided on various sites so end users can feel better when implementing their service.
