Everything you need to make your company go to the next level at a really accesible price. If it does not have an option to do something, you can always integrate that.

It could work better with the amount of notifications and email. Also sometimes the server has some connectivity issues.

We are able to manage everything, it lets us do everything at one place. We dont have to work in 5 or 6 different softwares. We can do it all in the same place. From email, chat between coworkers, schedules, projects, sales, everything.

Bitrix24 is great tool for business. Easy to customize database, really good usability. Much better that saleforse or zoho, and you can even use it for free for up to 12 users.

I think Bitrix is the perfect choice for companies looking for workflow automation.Bitrix offers collaboration, attendance tracking, HR, CRM services, Document Management Systems and business workflows; all in a centralized solution.

I'm not sure yet. Nothing that I dislike yet.

i love that bitrix has a really nice UX and UI and it is has partners near my country that love to provide me with more information of how to costumize my CRM.

Obviously that it is free unless you have more than 12 users/employees Everything is clear and easy to use. There are links between Companies saved and new contacts Contacts. Tasks can be made for yourself or for someone else in the system (your company). Documents can be shared and updated by those with access. All changes are recoded with date and time. Soon we will be adding detailed quotes to different companies and this will allow us to quickly find the information we need. Spotlight!!!! Great tool! This service is simply AMAZING!!!!!

Now all my co-workers can see my business contacts and they can also add or update information. Finding the correct document using Spotlight on the web page (JUST AMAZING) Saving over USD$500 a year in other services

It's very convenient because everything is in one place and we don't have to switch apps. I personally like the activity stream - as you see everything that goes on with the projects. Also like the day planner and the task manager, chat and video conferences.

Design could be better. But since it suits all the needs, I don't mind.

Use mainly as a project management and collaboration tool. Also integrated Mail chimp for our email marketing purposes.

This app contains everything you need to have in your company recorded. Hours of work, CRM system is great, task manager is awesome too. Best of all is that everything is on one place, and you don't need use varios software for various tasks. Included drive is great for sharing files over the company.

Absolutely design. Desing is really cheap and nobody in our company likes it.

As a web development studio and advertising agency, we're solving lot of various task for lot of clients. Evidence of them was never easier. Sharing files with clients is simple with desktop app, mobile app is great if we're traveling. We have solved problem with evidence of time spend for every task.

I have and do use Bitrix24 on multiple projects over a couple of companies. It really must be used to be believed. There are so many options to get your teeth into it's an absolute pleasure to work with.

The interface can be a little baffling until you do some exploring.
