The simplicity and scalability of this tool. You can use just email marketing or you can also integrate a bunch of usefull things such as landing pages, forms, customization, custom audiences for facebook and more.

The poor marketing they have done to Sendinblue. I think this is one of the best all in one platforms out there.

fast support. Had what I thought would be an impossible problem with a Gibraltar postcode on profile creation and the support guy was on it in minutes and solved the problem. Then I had another problem with SMTP setup and he fixed that too, all on the one ticket and all in a matter of minutes from start to finish. I have just signed up and am impressed with the support and the UI, everything is so easily laid out and intuitive. This is fun

I changed to Sendinblue for a better, easier to use interface. I want top be able to create and send mailers and organise lists without spending hours of frustrating time trying to make a hard to use system work,... for me. This is great. It is working for me rather than the software working against me. Excellent.
