I love that I can make my schedule and send out information at the click of one button! It is easy to work with and very user-friendly for clients! I will never go back to other products! Calendly has changed my work-life balance in the best way!

I do not care for the new update for scheduling.

It is allowing my clients to choose a time and day that works best for them! I do not have to chase people down for meetings because they can make it work on their schedule.

Calendly has essential features that allow me to reduce the back and forth needed to schedule meetings. I love being able to schedule several meeting types and update my availability on the fly.

Not able change the location options for meetings of the same type.

Love the ease of doing business. As a recruiter, candidates can easily book meetings on my calendar which takes out the back and forth of when they can meet. I use Calendly more than 25 times a week and it easily integrates with outlook for easy implementation.

Calendly has been very easy to use, I dont have anything that I dislike about using calendly.

The ease of scheduling time with my teachers and colleagues - I set up the meeting types and they select the option that works for their needs and when we're both available.

Lots of things to consider when setting up your meeting types. So it does take a little bit to familiarize yourself to how it works and put in some time on the front end. But, I promise you, it is well worth it.

I love that I am able to block out parts of my calendar automatically when creating different Calendly links.

I wish all calendars automatically linked to our master calendar.

By far the best tool I have used for scheduling my meetings. I have Calendly integrated with my Google calendar and send it out in my email signatures and it works like a charm. No more having to send invidivdual calendar invites and making sure I am available. Just send the Calendly link with ease.

Not much, to be honest. We manage our team via Calendly and if I had to nitpick some of thos features are a bit clunky. But great overall.

Managing my calendar and appointments.

Calendly makes it really helpful to communicate with my families by setting up multiple meetings. It allows for quick arrangements of a meeting.

I have not had the time to fully learn about it. I am not sure if this is a feature- where you can send your calendar availability and two parents (divorced) can choose the same time slot without me having to call each familiy individually.

Calendly lets me schedule appointments at a great speed rather than calling families individually to make appointments.

I love that it save so much time in getting meetings set up. Ive been using the tool for over 4 years now. The chrome ext is also a big help. Hubspot integration works great and i was ale to get it up an running in 30 mins.

I wish the team functionality was easier to migrate from multiple individual business accounts.

You can send a client a link to your Calendly calendar and they can pick a time that matches your availability to theirs. No back and forth emails or texts or calls. Send the link, they pick, and you're all set. I was able to set it up in minutes. Now I use it every day.

I haven't really found a down side in the months I've used Calendly.
