The Reason i dislike about it is the do not have good support at all , where i think they should work on it they should reply quick so that stucked customer feels not alone sometimes.

I love new tools research and love to check the capability of them so i used this too and love this one , its so easy to manage create send and get reports from it that i use it for my good projects .
