Google.
Android.

FAQ
Outlook?

Copper is a client relationship management (CRM) software that through all its tools has allowed us to manage agreements, contacts, files, emails and more tools. The features of this platform apart from being so amazing and easy to use also include workflow automation, email open tracking and sales forecasting.
One of the improvements that such software should make is the Volp solution that is more powerful and integrated directly into said platform, in turn changing the limit on the number of types of records that can be created since there is no way to customize the software to include them.
Thanks to the automation that this platform gives us we can obtain a good organization, in turn it has allowed us to save time since Copper integrates with all things Google. It has the ability to manage leads, manage pipelines and store data, there we realize that simple and seamless integration is the key to a productive sales organization.
It's very easy to set-up. Most CRMs have an ugly interface with WAY too many options.
The product still feels young. For example, it has a built-in "Calendly" like tool but it's hard to customize making it difficult to work with.
We use it to monitor our prospects and track deals like any other CRM. We are slowly getting used to its quirks but all CRMs have their own unique things that make you want to pull your hair out. Copper is no different but the ease of set-up is a nice win.
It's easy to integrate to Gsuite and its auto-populate feature has save my team countless hours in the daily admin.
There's a ton of feature that we've yet to explore especially the task automation feature which is still difficult to setup.
Managing multiple contacts and opportunities while saving time for data input.
Having a large catalog of contacts across varies markets is great for when we need to make calls in areas that are not ours. Having a place to connect all of the dots and contacts, as well as see last booked events, even if someone else did it is very useful and saves alot of time and effort on our part.
Very buggy. The system does not update across all fields (if i say last booked in company it does not automatically update that for the person tap or opportunity tab), extremely case sensitive as well to make searching more difficult. If they have the same email domain they automatically get converted into that company (even if you fix it before lead conversion) There is a lot of having to keep plugging the exact same things in over and over again, and it can get very frustrating. Honestly the system does still have an extreme amount of flaws and bugs, as it also should integrate with JustCall, but for some reason it does not always connect for some members of our team, or connects calls despite coming from different numbers to the wrong contacts.
I am keeping better track of when I last booked an event and some of the details involved in that.
The best thing about Copper is that they update the system very frequently and it is very customizable. Also it is very easy to use and understand how to use it.
Sometimes it is difficult to customize it your way and you need to contact support. Support is sometimes helpful, but it takes some time to respond to inquiries.
We are using Copper in order to create a sales pipeline for our company. Copper allows us to modify and add information regarding prospects and leads.
Copper is beautiful. Their design team did a great job recently to redesign, and it shows. It is a very simple program and easy for most basic users to pick up on.
It is customizable, but it does have its limits. We’ve been with the system for 3 years, and they have made improvements to the system, but they have been slow to come onboard, and the major ones they promised us when we signed never happened. It’s always “coming soon.” It’s very well-suites for B2B sales, not as strong on B2C sales.
Copper has done a great job of being an all-in-one place for us to store our contact information for client and help us visualize the opportunities we have at hand.
The cross platform use is absolutely amazing
Seems to be a bit behind other CRM softwares.
Copper makes managing contacts, appointments and tasks so much easier and saves tons of time.
I like how easy it is to see notes left by other employees. @people is easy and efficient. I also like being able to create tasks, have them automates, and be able to tell when the task was completed and by who.
The colors. They updated and changed the colors so everything is too uniform. It's hard to differentiate between people, opportunities etc.
I syncs well with zapier. We create new solutions every day.
Tracking of leads and being able to categorize based on traction
Can be more user friendly. A lot of useful features but can sometimes get lost in them especially when trying to integrate with other tools that we're using.
Communication with sales prospecting within the company especially when multiple touchpoints are involved. Processes regarding followups can be optimized with sales
The link between all Google environment. Google contact, Google product as hangout, gmail and chat.
I did no practice during a long time to write something here.
All contact, process and worker in the same environment.
Integration with G Suite works very well for the most part. UI and UX are fantastic. A Chrome extension that lives inside your inbox is super useful. Very little manual data entry is required. Quality technical support.
Google Contacts integration is very limited. Reporting is limited (the more robust way to do reporting is outside the CRM, via Google Sheets). Dashboard customization is not possible. Automated Actions are limited. Integration with Mailchimp is almost useless. Their support team is responsive but there are some grave issues that have no solution.
We struggled for the past 4 years with Zoho CRM because of their bad product and even worse support. This caused a reduction in CRM adoption, which in turn hindered our ability to extract value from the CRM data. PWX improved CRM adoption a lot, and I'm confident the product will get even better over time.
Super easy to learn and use, great service
Not as advanced reporting as sales force
Tracking opportunity from lead creation to win
Ease of set up, could do it myself. Easy to use. Connects right to my email without a lot of support. Good customer service and helpful training. They area always willing to provide new things and tools at no additional cost.
Reporting dashboard is not customizable.
centralized place for leads and prospects. Easy to add new leads and track in google calendar.
It's a great place to organize all sales notes, opportunities, tasks, etc. and gets away from individual and paper-based notes.
It's not quite on par with salesforce, which I'd say is what it tries to replace.
It's the only CRM we use. Benefits include organization of multiple individuals on target accounts, task management, etc.
I appreciate that I can use Prosperworks right from gmail. The plugin for gmail/Chrome is pretty neat. Hover over an email, and the lead/contact appears in the pane on the left. Prosperworks is great at tracking all your email communication with anyone you've identified as a lead/contact. The dash is also very usable. Overall not a complicated product, easy to learn. I also like that Prosperworks notifies you when a lead/prospect opens one of your emails. Last of all, I would add that Prosperworks has a much nicer UI than any CRM I've used in the past (Salesforce, Zoho, Method),
I wouldn't describe myself as a "power user" by any means, but I've noticed it has a couple small quirks. Occasionally the plugin for gmail/Chrome freezes up and won't work. Reloading the page seems to fix it. I also wish that Prosperworks had features for email automation built in. For example, when I update a lead's status to xx, trigger an email utilizing template xyz. You could probably do this via Zapier, I haven't really investigated too much. Would be nice if it was built in though. When I first started using Prosperworks, I reached out to their support to see if they had any kind of a guide defining the default statuses and so forth. They don't. It's up to the user to define I suppose. Related: would also be nice to see a few more automation features. For example, once you contact a lead they could switch from the New state to the Open state.
We're using Propserworks as a basic CRM, keeping track of leads and opportunities.
I like how Prosperworks seems to be designed according to Google standards which makes sense because they integrate very well with the Google suite of products.
It seems like Prosperworks is still working on some features that I feel most CRMs already incorporate. I do not like the fact that I cannot send bulk email in any amount. I have to integrate a Mailchimp account. I also feel like the automation is not yet robust enough. The only thing I am able to automate is a reminder to myself to complete a task.
I am keeping track of my Realtor Recruitment Pipeline with ProsperWorks. The good thing is that the software is not overly complicated and does make it easy to track a recruit through my funnel.
I love that I can put in the follow-up reminders that email me and tell me when I need to go back to a prospect. It's easy to forget when I should email or follow up with someone but Prosperworks has so many additional features I use daily to remind me.
In the leads section, I would much rather be able to put in less information on a lead than have to put in as much information as when I convert the lead to an opportunity. When it's a lead, I usually have far less info so it slows me down when I try to find a last name too.
One of the major benefits of Prosperworks CRM is being able to track where contracts are in the pipeline. If I know something is in negotiation, I can mentally check off in my head that to make a quota, I need other things to be in the contract sent phase. I also like being able to drag and drop contracts where I want them to be.
We're happy with Prosperworks, we tried several other crms before and this one has the best Google integration!
I only with it automatically copied over my contacts, manual addition is frustrating!
I'm able to keep track of my contacts much better now!
Easy to use for exporting data for opportunities.
If something is wrong with data entry, it is hard to locate the error.
Copper is helping us track win percentage both for sales and number of leads.
Visibility of tasks and opportunities and integration with Gmail (Google Workspace)
Something very very annoying is when you create a Task and mistakenly tag the wrong company to it, there is no way to edit it ... you have to delete the task and create a new one, that is simply inefficient and annoying.
Helps me to keep track of my KPIs , our KPIs dashboard gets the data from Copper and keeps my metrics up to date.
Drag and drop options and pipeline overview
It's difficult to keep a good overview of your pipeline if you have a lot going in different areas. Maybe some extra visuals to make it easier.
Keeping track of customers.
The Gmail widget does a lot to speed up the work.
Too many features, not all of which are usable, add to the complexity.
Works decent enough to handle our CRM needs.
Simple, Clean and not too expensive. For starters, it might be a good option, as you scale you might need a better CRM.
Less than average UI. Not too big on advanced funcationality.
It was a basic CRM, and was solving the problem of accountability in the team and keeping track of conversations.
-Copper will auto fill contact information sometimes -I think it's a good option for non tech companies (like real estate
-Not complex enough for a sales team -Cannot customize user experience very much, it's a pretty limiting CRM compared to their competitors -Experience small bugs that make day to day tasks frustrating -Less integration options with other applications/tools, so you're often required to set up a webhook, which is limiting if your tech team is busy
-It's good for account management, at a smaller scale. I wouldn't recommend it for a large sales team (more than 2-3 people) or a team that likes everything to integrate nicely. It is a cheaper option than competitors, and they're nice to small customers
I like the simplicity of it. For a more basic sales org or starting company, you don't necessarily need to jump into Salesforce. Copper was a good alternative to not over complicate things unnecessarily. I like that it is pretty intuitive for the average user. The design is clean.
The organization within Copper didn't feel organized. Companies vs People vs Leads vs Opportunities seemed to all crossover and not at all the wrong times. It was harder to create sequences or templates in Copper compared to other CRMs. Automation wasn't as seamless.
It's definitely a cheaper alternative if your company isn't quite ready to take the leap into Salesforce or some other bigger, more complex CRM. It solved the job of getting us off our feet and a little more organized.
Integrates really well with Google GSuite. Email, Calendar, Drive.
The exports are rubbish. A simple export of Companies and People does not allow you to link the two together. After 3 years they still will not add the link field the the two tables at export.
Cooper is a great CRM, Sales management tool but we are looking elsewhere more.
This is a functional CRM and inexpensive. We have multiple users on one login because our secretary doesn't actually log conversations, nor does our owner.
If you put a lead in as a person on accident, there is no way to revert the data, only to delete and do manual data entry back in, or export everything, clean your data and then reimport. that one feature would save tons of time
it allows for a diary of use, when I remember to use it.
I love that ProsperWorks will let me assign myself a task after I put a lead in so I don't forget to do the follow up with that lead that I need to do.
I don't really like that I have to put in a certain amount of information before it lets me save each lead, as sometimes I only have a couple piece of info for that lead.
The number one problem it solves for me is follow up with leads, as I find it difficult to remember when or why I'm following up but if I have notes and a reminder, it's easier for me to do.
Integration with Google Apps works like a charm. Also, their plugins for Google sheets is great, which allows you to create various reports and charts using GSheets.
Price is the biggest drawback. Also some minor features missing, which I am sure they'll add soon.
Business opportunities analysis.
The seamless integration with Gmail, the intuitive functionality that minimized toggling between windows, and programs to work with your information. The modern and streamlined interface...There was alot
Relying on Zapier to create functionality for invoicing, accounting and website integration are really not ideal. It sounds great on the surface, till you find out that those integrations don't actually speak the way your business needs them to. Prosperworks would bash it out of the park with more organic resolutions to these very common business needs. Also, the task entries are a bit cumbersome. The best task management tool is Todoist and I really wish more products would follow their simple and intuitive structure for inputting tasks and controlling work.
Seamless integration with gmail to allow me to get control over my contact, turning them into opportunities that I could track and convert to wins.
