Highlevel is absolutely amazing! It allows a small business to utilize one platform to: create a website, create landing pages, schedule clients, email clients, text clients, send broadcast emails and texts to contact list, track KPIs with new leads, create social media content 1 time to share on all social media platforms simultaneously, integrates with Google calendar, integrates with Stripe, integrates with Facebook for ads, integrates with Google My Business, integrates with Twilio, integrates with Mailgun, integrates with Shopify for an online store, creates triggers and workflows so when clients opt-in from a website page or landing page then they will automatically receive their next step. Highlevel is a gamechanger for website design, automation, and lead generation!

The downside to Highlevel is the learning curve to utilize all of its capabilities. However, it is also super user-friendly. I have absolutely no tech background. With the help of their tutorial videos and their YouTube channel, I was able to design my own website with drop and drag - no code required! I also created landing pages and opt-in forms for lead generation. I manage all my content marketing through their social media calendar. Even though there is a learning curve that takes a bit of time, other platforms are way less user friendly. And if you really get in a jam, their customer support is super responsive! The only thing I wish Highlevel offered was an EHR! As a solopreneur health care provider, it would be fantastic if I could use Highlevel for my SOAP notes. Fortunately, Highlevel also integrates with my current EHR calendar so I don't have to worry about double-booking clients!

Highlevel allows me to have one platform that does everything I need to run my in-person and virtual wellness practice. I don't have to log in to multiple platforms because Highlevel has my website, my marketing, my appointment calendar, my lead generation, and so much more!

As with just about any technology startup that's trying to radically impact an industry, they develop and ship fast! This has its pros and cons, of course, so sometimes you have to operate with the expectation that new features may not be exactly what you want them to be at first. The problems I'm solving are: 1. Being able to integrate a variety of marketing functions without paying for or integrating a variety of marketing tools, 2. Offering services to customers at scalability and price points that previously would have been impossible, 3. Saving a lot of time and money on separate tools and headcount I would normally need to accomplish points 1 and 2 above.

I was stuck on something for like a week and a half and I probably called 6 times. Trae was the one I spoke to the most and he was super helpful and really kind. We finally figured out my problem today and it was the best!

Its a bit glitchy when I use funnel builder. It cuts off in weird places so I cant delete some sections

The CRM portion of the product needs significant improvement with respect to linking individual contacts who work at the same company. It also lacks the ability to send emails to contacts with cc and bcc addresses.

It allows us to create solutions and products to offer to clients that can be built by personnel on our team who are not classically trained developers.

Highlevel we can take care of our clients within one easy-to-use tool. No more need for separate software apps that we have to try tying together. I also like that the GHL team is continuously in improvement mode... constantly adding features that enable us to provide more value to our clients... OH, and I LOVE THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM!

Where do I start? I LOVE this software and the development team behind it. It is the true all-in-one that I have been looking for. All the features I need for Agency are included and get better and better every day. The dev team continuously adds new and/or upgraded features each week. I think what I love the most is the company behind the software. Never have I had such great support. The dev team as well as the management team actually listen to us. They care about our success. It's amazing!
