Everything can be synced up from your computer to your phone, so every contact, address, names and history of your clients is right at the tip of your fingerprints!
Its a little cumbersome to navigate when you first start out, but they have tutorials and information to help you navigate it. Now it's all second nature, and I'm still finding new ways to utilize the tools provided. If you're having difficulties, I highly recommend reaching out to their customer service team- who are quick with replies and specific links for your problem!
Its great as a traveling manager- keeping all the information right at your fingertips is a lot easier than scrolling through emails looking for details; everything is right at your fingertips, and it's easy to find with the search bar in the app!
Ease of use, very easy to manage pipeline. Navigation through it is simple. It allows you to stay on a screen while scheduling/completeing tasks so you don't lose where you're are at
It's hard to say but like most CRMs there is a lot of features in it that seem to be a little redundant and if you have a little bit of wrong info it won't catch it so it can cause duplicates
Managing my pipeline is very simple witht the drag and drop so I don't have to go in and make a bunch of "clicks" just move an opportunity around which keeps my pipeline easy to view for my manager

We are Tracking the pipeline, and opportunity management is much easier. We are finding contacts for B2B partnership and teaming.

We recently transitioned from a big name system that was too much for our small company. Insightly has been perfect for the size and scale of what we are doing. The sales team member, although not there anymore, was terrific with the research and onboarding phase. Our rep has helped get us set up and running! The mobile app has been essential on the go as well.
Not much that I dislike at this time. I wish I had more time to do the tutorials and to jump in even more than I'm using the system now.
Keeping organized, current. Taking notes. The integration with MaiChimp has been a great tracking component.
We went from SalesPro CRM to Insightly, and I am thrilled with the transition. It was so easy to learn and keep customer data current. I am happy we made the change!
The only thing is that I wish when you entered in the organization name, the contact names for that organization popped up.
The problem solved for us was a system that was user-friendly and made our jobs easier.
I am a user of Insightly for various projects. I use only the free version which provides me what I need.
There is nothing negative about this product because it meets my needs.
I use it to store the business cards of all the people that I come in contact with.

Insightly generally has an intuitive design, but some windows can be either redundant or confusing.
Using insigtly keeps my task board clear and lets me organize my notes and activities.
