I LOVE that I can message and help right away! I could message the problem instantly and get a response and help immediately.
I like everything about I Spring. I can't wait for them to add more backgrounds
I am creating courses that I was not able to do before.
The available instant support. I had an issue with a video freezing, and Oscar was very helpful in working through a range of options with me until I was finally able to resolve the issue.
Nothing that I can think of at this point.

It is very versatile and very user-friendly. A great experience to use and many of my colleagues enjoy using it as well! We like the way that it seamlessly works with PowerPoint .
I don't have any complaints really. It would be nice if there was a setting for updates to update in the background without requiring administrative rights / opening a helpdesk ticket.
It's just easy to integrate everything seamlessly and again, very easy to use and this is how it benefits me. We have no trouble at all creating our training videos.
iSpring Suite is a comprehensive system that allows me to make professional training materials for new hires and create continued educational training for staff development.
I wish there were a few different options with the quiz and interaction options, such as screen grabs that allow you to navigate through a system in "real-time" that then tells the team member if they are completing the process correctly.
Training material has never been easy to create and distribute. And the new updates continue to create a positive learning module for the end users to use. This allows me more time for hands on training and practice time for employees.
Easy to use and has many valuable tweaks to enhance any presentation significantly. I also love that i can pull in older presentations for updates!
Oh, maybe it can do this, i am not aware, but can it convert videos to different formats, or can it accept any type?
Easy addition of quizzes and Tests! I like being able to choose people models from the library and have them do what i need. Paints a more clear picture for People
All the functionnality in the same place. Role play function is nice and well propose. Quiz functionnality is complete with report Ispring space very useful
The lack of customisation in interaction activitees.
I move powerpoint file without iSpring directory. The project was corrupt. iSpring support help me to explain the link between Powerpoint file and iSpring directory
The product is very easy to install and a doddle to use
Nothing comes to mind. I've not found anything to cause me to fault it
Ability to create presentation based Help systems for our software
Being able to convert powerpoint slides and integrate assessment and simulations into an self-contained online module is such an important tool in online learning environments and to assist in the flipping of classrooms.
Some additional features like embedding inking would be a huge benefit so that written content can be animated in a more facile way. Overall though an invaluable tool.
The online modules that are created have a professional appearance to my students and I can assess whether they engage with module and reward them with marks for doing so.
Being able to create interactive activities for my training courses was the reason for getting an Ispring account. The creative process could have been very overwhelming, but the customer service is what made it an easy process. The customer service and exceptional knowledge and experience of their IT support are so critical for a program like this. I love everything about iSpring and I'm glad I found them.
I wish there were more interactive activity options. I would love to create matching games, drag and drop and "put in order" games.
