I like that Later is versatile. It lets you plan the composition of your IG feed layout. You can do a lot with the free trial. I also like that they have informative blogs. I learned a lot about social media simply by reading their posts.
I wish they'd add more filters that are unique.
This allows my virtual assistant to work on multiple posts a day and plan the layout, composition and color scheme ahead of time. I also like that they have analytics for each post making it easier for my VA to review user feedback.
I was comparing things like buffer, hootsuite, and zoho, and found Later to be the best price for many of the same features. I enjoy the calendar view, saved hashtags, analytics, and first comment options. It's very easy to use both on the webapp and the phone app. Carousel video/picture posts is awesome
I wish I was able to reshare my old posts or scheduled recycling of content. Plus, you cannot edit a post image once saved. So commonly I wish to add maybe a second image. I have to delete then recreate the post to do this.
Organizing and planning my social media in advance. Saving time with saved hashtags or descriptions. Better analtyics.
The linkinbio - it's awesome, especially for a CBD or Vape business. I love the ease of creating a post for all of my networks at once. I also love the ease of which I can share user-generated content.
I wish I could 'repost' or at least 'duplicate'. I still have to use a different scheduler for posts I want to re-queue.
We solved the problem of not being able to link IG to our products and blogs. We can do both now, through LinkinBio. Also, the problem of finding user-generated content and posting it easily.
Simple to use, great app that is fully functional on phone, easy to use drag and drop scheduler, ability to store images and text captions. Fantastic customer service. Affordable.

Time! Being able to use later saves me hours a month as well as reducing frustration.
The intuitiveness of the interface. You can post to Facebook and IG with one simple click, add linkin.bio without any hassle, preview postings and so on. I prefer Later far more than the facebook publishing tool.
The only annoying thing about later is the fact that when planned in later, you can´t see or edit them through Facebook. Very small thing and doesn´t really subtract from the overall experience at all.
Posting IG posts in a timeline, much quicker than doing it through IG itself saves me a ton of time. Being able to cross-publish from IG to FB and vice versa is really timesaving.
It is a very easy to use app, the controls are intuitive even for those who are not fluent in English. Effective and effective. I strongly advice it. It is easy to program and possibly edit the posts placed on the calendar. It is also possible to manage several different profiles.
If I really have to look for an aspect to implement I would say that it is very easy to use on PC less on the mobile app. Also I would like you to be able to make posts with multiple automatic photos and finally (but I'm not sure it's really impossible) I'd like the possibility to remove the audio from the videos when uploaded on the platform if necessary.
I can schedule precisely and monthly and posts for the Companies I follow. This helps me manage my time better and also devote myself to other things.
Their user interface, their features and all the resources they create to help their users better! User experience - be it of the actual software or when it comes to communicating with the Later team for any issues!
I wish we could auto-publish schedule Stories (although this is not such a big deal) and but I would really want to be able posts on Linkedin! I use Later for all my accounts in the company but for brands who focus on Later I have to switch to other (not so reliable) softwares and that becomes a pain! Can we have a more comprehensive feature to find the best hashtags?
To be able to schedule all your content in one ago and then have a look at it to see how your calendar looks for the month! Auto-publish is a saviour! It has saved me a lot of time and helped me focus on actually engaging with my community. Linkinbio is a very useful feature - although I feel like a lot of people get confused as to what to when they visit that link. The simplicity of the software and how WELL it works has been amazing!
The customer service was brilliant. The help videos and prompts were excellent during the set up process.
Not having it available for Linked In.... that would be the icing on the cake.
Easy planning of social media posts for weeks at a time. Saves time and patience! Also, having the media library accessible by both desktop and mobile device has saved me hours and hours and hours. As a photographer my visuals have to be quality images, not just camera phone snapshots. So, organising my images with the media library and having them accessible by both devices was crucial.
The social media scheduler, the hashtag suggestions, and all the features are very helpful for my company. I also enjoy the blog posts as it helps me stay on top of trends and get the most out of my organic reach.
I don't have any dislikes at this time. Perhaps it would be helpful to add LinkedIn as an option for posting.

This website is great, especially for scheduling Instagram posts and collecting links for those posts. It's easy to use and the FREE options making it great to use for businesses with a limited budgets.
It would be nice to schedule multi-photo posts for Instagram - at least in the free options.
I always forget about posting to Instagram because when I think about it is not when I want to post about it. Enter Later and I'm now able to schedule and forget! :)
From Later I love that I can see the Preview of my post, this is very helpful to plan a visually pleasing Instagram profile! Plus, with the pay version it is possible to schedule Carousel as well, amazing. And everything it's share in the team, we work 3 people at the time on the same Later account. :)
I think the Media section could be organized much better. It's a bit confusing sometimes. And I don't like you can't schedule an automatic posting for "Carousels" but you always need to approve the notification, and that take away the time you were saving doing it on Later. Also the hashtag suggestion is not that great and the Stories scheduling need an improvement to be easier to do and go live.
Faster planning on Instagram, I can plan a month in advance all the daily post! I don't need to save all the photos on my phone so they are all on Later directly and ready to be scheduled, and I can visually see the posts to decide which one will look better next to the other.
Great time saver to manage social media accounts. It is so easy to use of it features. Have been using it for almost 12 months and have been completely satisfied. The support is good the product even better. Definite HAPPY Client. Totally recommend,

The things I don’t like can Later not solve. This are limitations of Instagram (posting of multi picture posts are not automatically working …)

Later.com lets you manage profiles on Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. They have outstanding educational content and keep you up to date with social media updates, trends and best practices. With a user-friendly interface and many perks, such as a visual scheduler or quick scheduling, they really make the best out of the limitations a social media manager program has to work with.
It's a bit irritating that you can't, for example, add a Pinterest board from within the app (as you post) or that carousel posts and stories on Instagram can only be published through notifications. There are also no folders for your media, although you can organise and filter them with tasks. The connection to Facebook and Instagram has to be refreshed from time to time, which I suppose is more for security than anything else. Overall, there's really not much that bothers me.
Using Later, I can schedule and manage posts on Faceboko, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. I can schedule stories (Instagram) and manage comments. Collecting UCG to repost is easy - from within Instagram, or using URLs. With linkin.bio, I can transform my Instagram profile into a clickable experience and they even enable me to manage comments from within the program. Thanks to Later, my social media strategy is more streamlined and visually appealing. It saves a huge amount of time on scheduling and posting, leaving me free to focus on what's important: Interacting with my audience. Their advanced analytics (available on the paid plans) give me actionable insights into what's working and what needs to change.

We love the Later interface and find all of the features beneficial. We particularly like the linkin.bio integration and the ability to post to multiple platforms at once for each of our clients. Scheduling posts in advance has made management of numerous accounts a breeze.
Specific channel limitations by account can be a bit difficult as an agency with many clients. We also wish there was a way to post multiple image posts to Instagram through Later, although I don't know if this is possible with any platform.
We're able to manage all of our social posting for a number of clients within Later, streamlining our social posting and linking workflow significantly and really making the social media management process much easier.
Later has increased my productivity with social media no end. I love how visual the App is and how easy it is to amend and tweak things. I recommend it to so many people. The drop and drag feature, saving of captions and link in bio really make a difference to the speed I can do things and the engagement I get from the posts. I also love the analytics - they show really clearly what is doing well and what needs more attention.
The only think that I really wish I could do on Later is to be able to save @mentions so when you tag someone you don't have to re-write their user name each time. I'm not sure if this is something that you can work on. It's strange that you can tag on other schedulers for other social media platofrms like Facebook and Twitter. Just a small thing though.
The problems that using the Later app is solving for me includes increasing my weekly productivity, being more organised with my social media contnet and helping me plan a social media strategy. I use Later for my own scheduling and that of my clients. I find it easy to use and enjoy reading the Later blogs for insights and latest trends. I have also been really impressed with the customer service of Later. The repsonse time on queries I have had has been really quick. They have also been very generous with offer to trial upgraded plans for free. Compared to other scheduling tools, Later is by far my favourite.
The straight forward user experience and helpful staff at Later separates them from the crowd. They are incredible user centric.
Occasionally their servers may be slow in responding.
