I like the ease of setting up operators, pictures, banners, and surveys.
It is terribly difficult to find certain features (e.g. how to set up email notifications on chat surveys).
We are able to multi-task our operators to take phone calls and handle multiple chats simultaneously. We are also giving our clients multiple ways to reach us.
The phone support products provided by LiveHelpNow are helpful. You can keep track of your business see how you may be understaffed during peak hours. You can also manage your agents with the avaialable features. See how long an team member spends with a customer, the specific content of each chat, and the number of chats.
None at the moment. Interface could be a little easier.
Better Communication
The automation that Livehelp provides is excellent and ensures our customers needs are addressed instantly through 'auto-message' and 'leave us a message' functionality
It can sometimes take a while to update and show that i'm online and occasionally doesn't pop up when someone is requesting to speak, or this is delayed. Poor internet perhaps?
It provides instant chat with our prospects. Some prospects prefer to speak to someone online than in person or over the phone.
I like how it helps enhance the customer's experience. Often times when a customer needs help, timely communication is often an issue and the customer has a bad experience. With Livehelpnow, customers get their questions/inquiries answered in a fast and efficient manner. One of the best parts is how LiveChatNow allows agents to communicate with customers all over the world. With integration of Google Translate, many of our clients overseas (India, China, Russa, etc) are able to have their questions answered pretty fast. LiveHelp now is great that our agents can be more proactive in expanding our business with constant communication with our clients.
Honestly, I have had little issues with LiveHelp Now. Only issue is that the live chat support from LiveHelpNow is only available during business hours. If it was extended 24-7, that would be great as many people work all types of hours and different time zones need to be considered.
Hands down, communication. Clients don't have to wait 24-48 hours for a response or have to endure long holding times on the phone. They get their answers fairly quickly. By doing this, their experience is enhanced and makes them want to continue working with you. In my company, we have increased business especially with our global customers.
The application itself is brilliant, lots of features and great connectivity to get users engaged.
There is one thing missing and that is the ability to operate cross platform. It is something I’d like to see in a future update

Lack of support for specific data sets such as time of day. Although theh do have this data its not as easy to extrapolate it for use in other playtforms.

The pricing is good and they do offer a non-profit discount which is great. However, the operator dashboard is very dated and sometimes it sends alerts and sometimes it doesn't.
Like I said above I'm not a big fan of the user dashboard it seems super finicky. Also when my computer locks it kicks me off which can be a good thing if you leave for the day but bad if you just get up for a second and then forget to log back in.
