RPA, also known as Foxtrot, is the best data scripting tool for data entry and maintenance. The best robot clerk out there. I have worked with foxtrot for over 10 yrs. and have seen it perform tasks faster and better than a group of human beings can execute manually within a short period of time. Currently, I work for a financial institution and it has been helpful in performing large volumes of maintenance within short periods of time. RPA comes with good documentation to help users while scripting. RPA works with many different file formats like text, excel, and CSV. It works with many different programming languages too. RPA can connect to applications, emulators (green screens), and webpages with ease. I will recommend RPA to anyone looking for a scripting tool that works with other programming languages, is cost effective, can perform large data maintenance within a short amount of time or performs repetitive maintenance faster.

1. There is no conversion tool within foxtrot to convert FoxtrotLegacy scripts to RPA scripts. It will be helpful to have a tool to help convert old Legacy scripts to new version for foxtrot. 2. Documentation ( help) is in some areas outdated and would need to be updated. documentation is by version #s. The latest versions found in documentation (help) is Version 12. For someone new scripting, it can be confusing to find the documentation for latest version of RPA( say V14.6.2)

we are able to perform large volumes of Data maintenance within a short period of time. Time is saved. maintenance that would require a large group of people is processed by Foxtrot.

Staff can access most this from one place and be confident that it is the most up to date information. They can easily provide feedback or recommendations with in the processes helping to improve them and keeping staff better involved and engaged.

It can be a bit slow when staff need to click through a process or jump to a different one quickly.

Standardization. Easily communicate updates to or new processes. Keeping procedures up to date.

The speed of being able to perform tedious actions

User interface is extremely difficult to learn. We have to have extremely thorough procedures typed up.

The only issue is the learning curve. Once you get it down, you're golden! You are able to complete gigantic tasks or actions otherwise thought impossible.

Promapp allows the process owners to define and document their processes in an easy and meaningful way, then automatically creates the graphical representation for them. The addition of the automated workflow creation is just the icing on the cake.

The only downside, is not really a downside, is that there are so many features of Promapp that it's hard to be able to utilize them all.

We are using Promapp for software documentation with our clients as well as process management internally. Although we could have built a solution in SharePoint that would suffice, it would probably only be able to provide about half of the features and value that Promapp does.

I love its conviniece with real time monitoring. Perfect and so much easier with workflow management. Intuitive and easy to use.

Its good and very productive software for ease of use.

Reliable with process management which is suitable for any business. So much easy to generate documents from the software.

Resource cost getting saved as the automation helped us to grow better. The overall process become bug free which saving the cost and time required for process. The reporting and analytics of the completed process helping us to grow better and focus on those area where we have to a great tool to go and use.

Overall valuation of the product along with performance is not very impressive. The improvement on this area along with few new features can build more client base.

The process automation become bug free and resource free almost as of the steps are getting completed automatically and this helping to grow better. The cost and time required to complete those processes are very less. One the reliable and stable product to go for.

Amazing customer service when you use any Nintex products. Amazing community forums available for any issues too. Any sort of automation that you need - Workflows, Forms, Document Generation, Signatures - Nintex has it all

While migrating or building workflows for the cloud (Office 365), some of their actions are yet not available and are part of roadmap.. But the good part is Nintex makes it very clear when and what is coming next.

Automation of business processes for various customers and in house. Converting multiple manual paper based processes or siloed processes and combining with the power of Nintex platform.

Platform help to automate back end and front end business processes to automate, this helping the through put increase. As these low level process needs much manual intervention which is not went away. Overall the time and cost required to complete the business process went down. we are happy to be user of the this platform

The number of processes as and when got executing simultaneously the performance of the platform goes down. The structured pricing policy can also help to add more clients on the table. Documentation is another area to improve.

This helps to save the time required to complete the business process. The manual intervention got minimized and that helped us to execute the process with faster response time. Because of less manual intervention the processes are getting completed error free.

Everyone uses one system. Ability to link and attach documents that don't have to be re written in the system.

I am the process owner for my whole team. If I wanted to send the feedback to the process expert the comment I make comes back to me. How can i change this so they can view it and update it and send it back to me? I do not create processes but have a team that does.

One systematic way to record all procedures. Easy to train replacement staff and casuals by printing out or logging them on to Promapp.

Being user friendly, it allowed us to easily train and empower employees to self document their processes. Traditionally, processes are documented in BPMN 2.0 which is great but that tends to be only understood by process trained people or business analysts. This system and their way of creating and displaying processes is intuitive which allows employees of all levels to be easily trained.

Not so much dislike but more of an area of improvement, which is their API functionalities. This, I believe is in their pipeline to get it developed so it may be ready at the time of you reading this review.

Allowed most our employees to be able to document their own processes. This is due to the user friendliness of the system and how intuitive it is. This has enabled our employees to have a more process orientated mindset, which has enriched team meetings and discussions as they can all discuss processes in a deep and meaningful way.
