I honestly do not have a feature or system within OnePageCRM that I dislike.

For me, it is an all-purpose CRM for a small business, so I mostly keep a log of customer and prospect interactions within it and hold relevant documents inside of it.

The action based process, along with the customisation and training and it is perfect for my services business. Value for money and for scaling it is the best! Also importantly, I use it on my phone and desktop, and it reliable.

The training sessions are in Dublin time. A little more communication on how to access and engage the training and system would be good

These guys are *awesome*. I began using ACT!® in 1988 and built a multi-million dollar company off of it. I have done Salesforce® installations as well as SF customizations. FOR THE PRICE, this is hands down the best CRM I have ever used. Tech support is responsive. They are continuously improving the product which is very impressive.

Can't think of a think. It's not Salesforce®, but it's not DESIGNED to be that type of tool.
