It should be logged out of all devices once you change the password. Nothing else.
It is benefitting in almost every way. Price, Quality, Simplicity, Feels premium and does the job really well.
I appreciate their fast response to any question I have. They have helped and guide us every step of the way through our transition process.
I wish I could actually talk to someone every once in a while instead of just chat or email.
It keeps better tracking of calls by allowing us to save prospects information and put notes on their record.

Wireless phone carrier texting application process works! I left twillio because their process was broken for sole sole proprietors. Every function I have used in open phone works flawlessly.
Honestly, the service just works with a good wifi connection. So, no real complaint other than I wish a call could be made cellularly like with google voice. If I don't have a good mobile wifi network connection then call quality suffers.
Allows me to have one number for texting and calls. I can't recieve calls on my google attendant number on my cellphone. I had to have a seperate texting number with google voice.
OpenPhone really cares about customer feedback. They are prompt address any issues; they have an organize way to channel that feedback and use it to make improvements on things that are valuable to the users.
Currently, I do not have any complaints about OpenPhone. As a small business owner I appreciate how they make it easy for me to do business.

I have had a few glitches with the system but customer service has always responded quickly and have been very helpful with resolving the issue. I like the fact that customers don't have my personal number so I can keep business separate. I don't get the spam calls I get on my personal number. I like that the voicemails are transcribed for easy viewing. The calls are all recorded so I can go back and listen to any important calls.
The main issue I have with OpenPhone is the service when on data. If I am on WiFi it works great. I get a lot of complaints about the quality of the call when I am on data. I usually have to call the person back once I am back to WiFi.
Recording calls, auto transcript, am able to separate business calls from personal calls. This saves a lot of time for me and makes it easy to go back and make sure I remember everything the client and I spoke about.
The interface is clear, clean, and stylish. It was easy to get started, and when I woke up two days later, the system was fully functional. I had some confusion and reached out to customer service. The professionals there quickly replied and help me resolve all issues easily.
At first, I was a little alarmed that my calls were blocked to myself. I was worried that this would be a persistent issue. I think the thing I dislike, was this feeling of regret soon after I purchased the phone number. But those feelings quickly went away as the customer service team walked me through the solutions. They also assured me that if I was not satisfied, they would refund our payment.
Everyone on our staff can answer calls to our number from their own mobile phone, reducing any kind of confusion or gaps in service to our customers.

The Windows app only works for me maybe 50 percent of the time but I can use the web app no problem as an alternative.
The ability to have numbers based in customers' area codes and the call routing is very handy as well. he call routing and management features are also invaluable to a busy entrepreneur like me. I can set up customized greetings for different situations, smart call routing to send certain calls to voicemail or my cell phone, and auto attendant menus for different departments, all from the easy-to-use app. This allows me to run my business smoothly and remain accessible to clients even when handling multiple priorities.

Does not make any sense having multiple people on one account to get charged multiple subscrition fees. Would recommend colleagues just make their own account to get their own number.
Having a separate phone number for buisness and personal use
OpenPhone is a feature-rich VoIP solution, perfect for small business owners. Account set up and overall user experience is simple and makes for intuitive navigation. UI is clean, modern and responsive. One of my favorite features is automated office hour responses, allowing me to maintain work/life balance while providing clear and proactive communication to my clients. OpenPhone is leaps-and-bounds a much better solution than my previous service with a large carrier and I would highly recommend to small businesses!
There's not much to not like about OpenPhone. As a Mac user, I would love an app for my laptop, but I've easily converted the browser-based access to an app and that has met my needs. In a perfect world, would also like to be able to Filter my Contacts by Tags, but this is minor. Overall great product!
OpenPhone helps solve several problems for my business including being able to manage client contacts like a "to do list" and helping manage work/life balance with clients!
