I thought the customizable webstite allowed me to customize my site on RRS.com. Rather, it only allowed me to redirect to another website.

The site makes it incredibly easy to create and distribute podcasts from the ground up. Very easy to use system and gives plenty of options for customization, monetization, etc. I've used a couple different podcasting services and this one has been the easiest to use so far! Incredibly quick communication with the support staff as well. Sent an email in regards to educational pricing and received an email back within 10 minutes!

I was uninformed that you could only upload one episode for free, so I would have appreciated more information in regards to what all was included with the basic free plan.

I emailed to inquire about their educational pricing. They got back to me withing minutes and helped me through with very clear instructions and were very supportive in getting things set up.

The Customer Support is best in class, they were so helpful when I wanted to launch a second podcast, they walked me through and even corrected a mistake I made, quickly and kindly.

The RSS platform allowed this first time podcaster to immediately be up and running with a good looking page and easy integrations to other platforms. The pricing is extremely competitive, bitcoin tipping is available and their customer service responded to my query within two minutes. Great platform.

My only request for improvement would be to allow cryptocurrency tipping to be forwarded to a podcasters existing wallet's but that is an extremely minor dislike. The fact the service is available at all is tremendous.

Using RSS.com has been very easy and user friendly, but my best experience has been with the customer support. I submitted a request regarding payment plans and received a prompt response that was exactly what I was looking for. In less than 24 hours, I had a solution to my issue and was ready to go. The only "downside" to using RSS.com would be the cost for the payment plans, but I think they're very competitive prices so I don't mind paying to support my company's podcast.
