Runrunit is the most simple, user-friendly tool I`ve ever used. With them, I am capable of managing my teams and costs all in one place. They have an awesome mobile version, too.

Sometimes the customer support does not work right and the call center is not the best. Besides that, i only have good references to make. The luck is that i needed it just a couple of times.

Runrun.it provides us here better project management, team collaboration, and time optimization. They solved a really long problem that we had here about the team division.

What I like the most is adding hours manually or by pressing start and timing the time spent on the task.

Sometimes I find myself forgetting to stop tasks at the end of the day. Could have a break after 4 hours of work.

It solves task management as well as time spent. In the end, it is possible to improve the team's performance. It doesn't make the team to be more porductive, but helps them to be accurate.

Runrun helps me understand better which clients take the most time to develop my agency's services. The insights are clear and easy to analyze. I don't know any competitors on the market to Runrun.

Sometimes it's hard to set up some of the tools that Runrun provides. The guide they provide is not very helpful for agencies that don't use Runrun at its total capacity, so it can be hard to get your board flowing in the best way to your needs.

I had a pricing problem in my agency that was basically making the company lose money. Runrun made me understand how much time it takes to develop a month of social media (the service we provide) for our clients so we can charge them correctly.

I think Runrun is a very complete tool to diversify the workflow. The interface is easy to use but powerful. My company has greatly improved time estimates and hours worked following the runrun tasks/calendar. Plus, the name is amazing.

A few people told me that is difficult to integrate with other platforms and the steps should be simpler, but i dont have the experience to see if this is true. I really enjoyed Runrun

System with a little high value, not very accessible to small companies. But the cost is worth the gain in prudence.
