Slack has been designed very well. You can easily use the service without that much of hassle. It has been developed to be implemented in any type of business. You will get use to it very easy since you might be able to use it every single day. The features that the service offers are great, you can easily communicate with others by chat, call or videoconferencing which is amazing and the integration it has with other services or tools are great. I haven't had the chance to use their customer support since it has never failed at any point for me, ut I'm pretty sure their support is also amazing.

I woul say there is something less helpful since everyone uses it depending on their needs, for example, I don't find helpful the Threads section since I can go directly to the chat I have opened and that's it, but someone else might find that option very helpful bu I don't use it. The rest it's great. Everything works perfectly fine and you can get what you need in front of you.

The communication is always important and even though Slack is not the only videoconferencing service I use; is the one that I use the most and I'm comfortable with it. We can interach with others by chat and if we need to share our screen we just switch to a videoconferencing or to a call, so it's very versatile.

Slack is a good instant messaging tool for businesses. You can do collaboration and document storage.

I do not Have any major dislikes with Slack

We use it to communicate with internal IT staff and business partners.

Need I say something interesting about slack_ it accommodates me and my colleagues in an online meeting no matter how many of us are participating

There are so many features, that I like in Slack: 1. Customize Notification system. 2. Integation with all other tools like GMeet, Asana, Zoom and Google Calender. 3. Seamless Channel building features. 4. DM groups. 5. Building connection with other organization members. 6. Huddle

Not knowing the read receipt and what all access admin has on the messages we delivered to anyone.

Considering we have members spread globally, Slack is helping us a lot to move faster with quich message service. Along with this huddle is helping us to avoid the calender availability and get the things done in the quickest manner

It is a premium office communication software with a wide range of features. It is very easy to use and organizations can implement it in just seconds. I use it daily and it has made my communications much faster and organized. I love the integration options Slack has already provided along with excellent customer support

May be the documentation section is less used

No need to use dedicated VC software when i am getting all the features here.

Slack is the easiest way to communicate with colleagues who are not in the office. It is super simple to create new channels with different members in our team so we can have group specific conversations

Really nothing - it is a super functional tool for our office

We have some members who work fully remote, and others who do part time and Slack makes it easy to keep in touch and communicate quickly and easly

Helps is communicate with people at a far distance

Ability to: sort channels into various folders, update your status to reflect important updates such as being away from keyboard/OOO/slow to respond, muting loud channels to allow for better focus, view a channel without needing to join, tagging colleagues without forcing them to join a channel

The hangout feature can be glitchy (colleagues are not able to hear/see me, but I can hear and see them). We tend to have to pivot to Google Meet in these cases.

Connecting colleagues in a virtual environment. Finding a balance between instant communication while also providing boundaries and opportunities for heads down work.

We are using it for inbound and outbound communications, we have integrated this with our CRM Salesmate for deal status and ticket management. Our Product notification and jobs are pushed through slack for Group Notifications.

Still in the process to figure out, really the best till now.

Team Management, Server Resources, and integrations with third-party services have been hands-on using Slack. We have reduced dependency on third party systems while using Slack. I have been using it for my internal projects as well.

The amount of out of the box integrations is fantastic. We have used it to created topical rooms for our customers and development team. The ability to get a message from the app or serverless functions when something needs the development teams attention is invaluable. It cuts down on our need to look in multiple places.

I wish it was a little cheaper in regard to bringing others into your workspace.

Grouping things into a feed that is related to a project, a client, etc. combined with integrations from apps it creates a searchable index of all of our activities. This can be invaulable sometimes when we are trying to understand things that might of been a year ago.

Slack is a great tool for collaboration, simplicity is the best, easy to navigate and easy to create a window Quality are amazing

Slack is great for video conferencing

It is straightforward nowadays to conduct corporate meetings via Slack. I send and receive DMs from anywhere over the internet through my mobile application.

Now that it offers video conferencing capability, I have no issue left to complain about.

It eradicated email communication which was tedious and time consuming.

Slack solves communication bottlenecks, facilitating quick, organized team collaboration, enhancing productivity and project coordination.

I found slack especially helpful in that it facilitated communication and collaboration with the team. Either one-on-one or privately. We were able to have open communication where as a team it enabled sharing of feedback, updates, progress, suggestions through relevant channels that were created. I also liked how Slack integrated with other applications easily. It is quite user oriented and the ream found it easy to use.

The mobile application freezing and lagging was quite a bummer for me. Also if by any chance i forgot to turn-off the automatic notifications, they became quite distracting especially while working on different projects.

As a team, through the various channels created, we were able to share thoughts, suggestions, solve problems, send feedback and we didn't even have to be in the same building. The real time cohesion in the communication space is just amazing.

Slack is a very simple messaging system that allows me to easily communicate internally with different employees. I use it all day.

Slack allows me and other employees in the business to easily communicate internally. It's a fast way to directly contact someone when you need to resolve something ASAP and on the spot. As opposed to creating a ticket on a CRM software which usally takes longer for a response, Slack is faster and easier.

Slack is great use for communication connection. It can be customized especially for multiple channels. You can be connected everywhere and anytime. Timely notification and real time messages are observed.

With Slack am able to control my business remotely through video Conference and solves my problems cause I don't have to be their for work to go on.

Easy to use communication tool to work with different teams - remote, in house etc. Must have for product / project managers to organize all communication on projects by channels (public or private). Another great feature is Later that let you to use Slack as Task Manager and prevent forgetting some important messages in tons of other ones. It also can be integrated with almost all environment (development, design, project management etc.) Canvas can (latest feature) can be used to keep channels members informed about most important things like roadmap, meetings follow-ups etc. One more thing - Huddle is also a nice tool to speak with colleagues in one click (literally).

Nothing to dislike, almost all features working fine and as expected.
