I liked the calendar feature the best. I liked that you could filter tasks only to see your own. I think if I got to know more about the features and capabilities, I would like it more.

We can each share a calendar and it can update in real time. I wish it auto saved like google docs. I have forgotten to save and closed the window and unfortunately have lost some of my work. We have been able to share our meeting timeline with our entire team and keep track of all of the projects from our Annual Session.

Plenty of customization; it can be tailored to your visual ideal.

Navigating the various parts can become a little disorienting; there's not always an obvious path or connection between aspects.

The only problem Smartsheet has "solved" is that the corporate accounting office has slightly less work to do, while increasing the amount of work down by each individual branch.

The tools are nice but a lot of it replicates what Google SpreadSheet or Microsoft Excel does.

The UI and UX is horrible. Not much different than just using another Spreadsheet program.

Originally we wanted to use their Gnatt chart feature, but that was pretty complicated, we ended up using JIRA for planning charts. We still use it for weekly testing docs, but are looking to switch.

Buyer beware...man these guys boost about having 80,000 users?! For the cost they charge to actually use and benefit from their service you could create your own functioning excel sheets or web based platform. This is just a note for those who don't enjoy being robbed or overpaying for a service from a fly-by-night company.

The cost and breakdown of the 3 options...they need to do a better job at making their better services available for companies that do no want a horde of members.

It's convenient but not for the cost.

I thought I would like the Google Sheets add-on using Smartsheet, but was quickly mistaken.

I have experienced the worst customer service and subscription experience with this company. My 30-day trial was excellent and I had high hopes for working with them. Once I paid for a year subscription, I began to have issues with my account. I attempted to contact their development team for assistance and quickly learned they are completely unreachable by phone, the company has no customer service department and any communication would need to be electronic. Since I am EST and they are PST, all communications took a full business day between email exchanges. When I called to talk to them (a sales rep attempted to help me with my customer service issue) I was told I couldn't speak with the technical support. When my tech support person, Shaine, did email me, he gave me information to cancel my account and told me I would need to record my screen and send it to them, which is not a capability I have. I have struggled with this program not working for close to two weeks and the best this company could offer was account cancellation information and requesting a screen recording. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone -- business or individual.

I thought the program would solve a work-around I was having to perform in my job, but it has caused more issues than I had before.
