Me and my co-workers were really surprised be the limitless possibility and connectivity of Swit. As a 100% remote work team, we use Swit as our main collaboration tool for scheduling, project management, 1:1 communication, and resource sharing. You can manage your tasks by team, category, status and it automatically creates WBS calendar.
We found some delays and errors while entering some projects or tasks. We cannot share grouping projects with teams. This is because a project cannot be separated perfectly.
Our entire team use Swit as our collaboration hub and wasted time from alt-tabbing and context change has dramatically reduced. As new staff, it is easy to see all projects with at a glance. But with Swit, it suddenly became so simple now.
Chat and work are divided, but they are also easily connected by drag and drop, making collaboration between teams and departments more convenient. It is connected to the outside by e-mail, and if it is linked with many other programs in the future, everything will be possible within the framework of Swit. I'm really looking forward to that day.
It would be nice if people who are new to Swit can adapt more easily and quickly by introducing a payment system and providing templates for several project channels.
